Dr. Khan was born in Toronto, Canada and graduated medical school from Pakistan. Following medical school, Dr. Khan completed a Master of Public Health degree at the University of Memphis and completed a transitional year residency at Merit Health Wesley in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Dr. Khan is a globe trotter in pursuit of education and brings to Northwest Health Tucson Internal Medicine all her diverse experiences. In her free time she likes to travel and try new and different cuisines with her husband. She and her husband are expecting their first baby. Dr. Khan plans to practice hospital medicine and given her background of public health, wants to work toward bridging the gaps in health care and making it more inclusive and accessible for everyone in the society.
