Our program accepts applications through ERAS from September 27 – December 1. We will interview approximately ten candidates for each available position (n=13) for a total of 120 interviews. Northwest Healthcare Tucson is planning virtual interviews at this time. Those selected to interview will be contacted by email. If invited to interview, our program coordinator will provide a link to Thalamus wherein you can self-schedule your interview day with us. Should you need to reschedule, please do so at least one week prior to your scheduled date.
To be respectful of everyone’s time, we cannot reschedule interviews that are less than a week away.

Matched applicants will receive an email to the address listed in the ERAS application. This email will include important information regarding onboarding and orientation. Onboarding will occur in New Innovations using a checklist with each step given a deadline. Please adhere to the deadlines to ensure your training starts on July 1.
Northwest Healthcare Tucson hosts a one-week orientation the last week of June. Specific dates and details will be provided following Match Day. During orientation, you will receive the tools and training needed to successfully begin your transitional year of residency.
