Northwest Healthcare Family Medicine Residency Program
Where Resident Voices Shape the Program

Help Us Build the Future of Family Medicine in Tucson.

Train in an unopposed, community-based program where residents help shape the curriculum, care for diverse patients, gain strong inpatient and procedural experience, and develop skills in modern primary care, obesity medicine, integrative medicine, pediatrics, and hospital care.

Why Choose Us

Our brand-new Family Medicine Residency Clinic is a bright, spacious, purpose-built learning environment designed for modern, comprehensive primary care. Abundant natural light, generous clinical space, and close proximity to the hospital create a comfortable setting for patients and an efficient learning environment for residents.

The clinic includes dedicated procedure space and a designated osteopathic manipulative treatment area for our D.O. residents. Its design supports a procedure-rich curriculum, including dermatologic procedures, joint and soft-tissue injections, women’s health procedures, wound care, point-of-care ultrasound training, and other office-based skills as residents progress through the program.

Residents also have dedicated educational and collaboration areas, including conference space, work areas, a kitchen, and a resident lounge. With specialists and hospital services located nearby, the clinic serves as a modern home base for continuity care, team-based learning, procedures, and resident education.
