Why did you choose NW Transitional Year Residency?
I wanted a program that balances strong clinical training with a supportive and collaborative culture. I was also drawn to the opportunity to serve Tucson’s diverse community while staying close to home.
What are your professional interests within Medicine?
I plan to pursue anesthesiology, with career interests in pediatric anesthesia, global health, and advancing care for underserved populations.
What are your interests or hobbies outside of Medicine?
I enjoy traveling, singing, journaling, and discovering new restaurants. I also love spending time with family and friends.
What are you most excited about for life in Tucson?
Being surrounded by the desert landscape I grew up with, staying close to family, and exploring all the hiking, food, and culture Tucson has to offer.
Favorite way to spend a day off?
Catching up with friends over coffee, trying a new local spot, or relaxing by the pool.
