Why did you choose NW Transitional Year Residency?
After training in the midwest for medical school I realized that my priority for residency should be in an area that I would thrive, in and out of work. NW Tucson provides excellent diversity in transitional year education and opportunities in addition to making you a competent and confident physician all while in the setting of a beautiful location with perfect weather.

What are your professional interests within Medicine?
Passionate about the development and incorporation of machine learning in various aspects of medicine including workflow, imaging, patient communication. Additionally interested in various aspects of financial education within residency training and addressing pertinent disparities that exist particularly in leadership representation across numerous specialties. Within radiology, interested in nearly every aspect and hope to specialize in a procedural field within radiology, perhaps IR, Breast/Mammography, or Neurointervention.

What are your interests or hobbies outside of Medicine?
Anything and everything outdoors. Hiking, skiing especially. Tirelessly attempting to improve my golf game. Gym, fitness, cycling. Watch enthusiast, coin collector, avid Miami Heat fan. Honestly truly a seeker of good vibes. What are you most excited about for life in Tucson? The scenery and vibes of the city are exactly what I was searching for when making my rank list. Taking advantage of all the food, golf, pickleball, and literal warmth the city has to offer.

Favorite way to spend a day off?
Besides catching up on sleep, a quick Costco run, and a good gym session, most likely will be exploring some restaurants in the area.
