Why did you choose NW Transitional Year Residency?
The program’s primary goal is providing an excellent education for their residents. One unique aspect of this program is that all rotations are scheduled with preceptors who are truly passionate about teaching and requested to teach residents! We also have dedicated didactic time, educational funds for board study materials, and all required rotations are available locally. When I interviewed with this program, what stood out to me the most was the people. Dr. Williams, our program director, is amazing! She is incredibly kind and supportive of residents’ goals and aspirations.
