Why did you choose NW Transitional Year Residency?
I chose NW Transitional Year Residency because of the excellent, well rounded clinical experiences they offer for my intern year, as well as the community and people I’ll be working with. I was also drawn to the sunny weather and excellent food in Tucson.

What are your professional interests within Medicine?
I’m interested in Diagnostic Radiology, especially neuroradiology.

What are your interests or hobbies outside of Medicine?
I enjoy playing videogames with my husband and friends, reading fantasy novels, and playing guitar.

What are you most excited about for life in Tucson?
I’m excited to try out lots of the great restaurants in Tucson! I’m also looking forward to experiencing the nice weather and beautiful nature.

Favorite way to spend a day off?
Relaxing at home with my cat, reading my newest find from the bookstore.

Top item on your “Bucket list”?
My top item on my bucket list is to visit Japan, and try as many different ramen restaurants as I can!
